👋 In early February, in collaboration with ISM University of Management and Economics, we launched the world's first Human Capital Accelerator (HCA).
During the program, diverse students of different backgrounds formed into three groups and worked with industry mentors as a team on development of the product idea from 0 to MVP and first traction.
HCA participants presented their projects to panel of judges at the Demo Day held on 6th May. Panel members also came from a wide range of backgrounds, where we were excited to have @Marius.Ciuzelis as a Chairperson.
🏆 The first place went to “Team White” with their project ArtMellier.
The idea, presented by @Karolina.Krilaviit & @Greta.Valtait solves the problem of cash flows for inspiring artists. 🎨🎉

The last couple of days became another historical moment in the modern internet. We saw the power of platforms and how they turn against people when they have to pursue other interests. A world where the capital is unequally distributed, and people can only rely on debt financing needs to change.
It’s time to realize the new vehicles that distribute capital among the people, not institutions. Investing in someone’s success today gives you an opportunity to bind and benefit from each other's growth.
Create your own ecosystem with HumanIPO, and see how you all grow together. 🙌📈🤝
