As a Black female entrepreneur and mother to a 17-year-old, I'm setting up this page to raise funds for my mental health and my first business (Live-Video-Shopping Hub).

With plans to develop into a tech solution in Q4 2024, LVS Hub is a strategy consulting marketing ...agency that helps e-commerce businesses adopt live-streaming and video shopping software.

The industry is anticipated to reach USD 256.56 Billion by 2032, with the rapid growth of TikTok Shop as the world’s biggest live-streaming shopping platform. I was a part of the team that launched TikTok Shop in the UK in April 2021. I was responsible for onboarding and managing creators with more than 1 million followers to host live-stream shopping shows on their accounts from the TikTok studios for fans and viewers to purchase products across multicategories.

I played a key role in developing the strategy and process as it currently exists in 2024 and managed a team of five. I contributed greatly to the wider team because of my undergraduate degree in Journalism, five years of experience in B2B sales, and exposure to brand marketing and agile ways of working from the UK-based startup incubator and accelerator, Founders Factory.

In January 2022, I lost my job because I was grieving the loss of my Grandmother and using alcohol to manage stress. The grief translated into many parts of my life, including work and led me on a spiritual journey to heal my childhood trauma. In May of the same year, I was headhunted to lead the live-stream shopping channel at FARFETCH. I worked with several teams to project manage the FARFETCH live-stream shopping channel. I also hosted the weekly shows on the web and app in 40 English-speaking countries. Whilst reporting on the shows' performance, I saw the benefits of live-streaming for businesses beyond sales and revenue.
