I started my path in the games industry in 2011. I was only 20 at the time and knew almost no one in the space.

Since then my road has been a wild one. Long story short, the last 10 years have looked something like: indie game designer > community manager > indie publisher > tech sales > esports biz dev > program manager > tech support > tech product manager > VC biz dev > account manager > esports league ops.

That's.. quite a few lessons to learn. More importantly, those experiences have opened doors to connect with some of the brightest and most interesting people working in the industry today. I'm proud of what I've been able to build alongside a passionate group of friends and colleagues over the last third of my life.

Throughout my career I've wanted to create cool things with cool people who care about the audience they are creating for. As that journey has unfolded I've started to discover what means the most to me -- creating opportunities for people to fulfill their maximum potential.

The next step on the path for me has arrived. I am honored to announce that I have joined Pipeline (https://pipeline.gg/) as a foundational biz ops hire, working with an incredibly talented team to help creators turn their passion into a career.

Though my time is more limited these days, I am available to $ZACSNA stakeholders to discuss games, esports, the content creator space, and the advent of the metaverse.

Q: Why is your IPO price so low?
A: I'm pricing my IPO at $13/hr because that is the California Minimum Wage. That is the legal minimum I would be allowed to charge for my time. Hopefully my time is worth far more than that, but price discovery is one of the great things about markets! So I'm letting the market decide my TRUE value and starting with a legal minimum.

This is great for you, the potential investor, because it means you can capture the upside value. Am I actually worth $100/hr like many of the other HumanIPOs? If so then you can buy at $13 and make $87 for every hour of mine you buy!
